Shipping policy

We only provide shipping to the US, excluding territories.

During warmer months (May–Mid October), we ship all US orders with ice packs. During colder months we may ship with an ice pack depending on location.

Orders are shipped Mondays every week. The cutoff for shipping is Sunday at 12PM. For orders received on Sunday after 12PM we cannot guarantee shipping on Monday and may be shipped the following Monday.

No Melt Guarantee

We guarantee that orders arrive in un-melted condition.* On the event that an order arrives melted, we will promptly arrange a replacement, provided you share photos of the issue within one (1) week of receiving your package. Photos must be taken within 3 hours of package arrival.

*This does not cover bars that arrive broken, but with intact packaging, bars that have melted due to carrier delays or being left outside after delivery. While we try to pack in a manner to minimize this, please understand that carrier handling may cause instances of broken bars.

Winter Shipping Rates

Winter rates are a way to save on shipping by taking advantage of the cooler weather. We do not pack ice with these packages and only recommend for locations with a 14-day average forecast under 77F.

We are not liable for ANY melted bars ordered under the winter rate.
