Hachimitsu (はちみつ) is a Japanese word that means honey. I started this company with the vision of cutting out artificial and refined sugars and using what nature naturally has available. Honey. What started as a way to enjoy chocolates at home without using conventional sweetners, has turned into something that my friends, community, and many people enjoy. Through this, I hope to bring high quality chocolates with the best ingredients available to us.

While I currently operate under a cottage permit in NJ currently, it doesn't mean that my vision is small. I'm working hard on delivering the best product in order to eventually bring this treat to as many people as possible and provide a new alternative to chocolate.

I am currently working on bringing this project nationally. Kickstarter goes live August 1st.
